- Portal Setup: Within 24 hours, your portal will be ready. This is where you can manage your projects and submit requests.
- First Request: After submitting your first request, you can expect to see deliverables within two days.

Turnaround times can vary based on the complexity of the request, but we aim to deliver high-quality work as quickly as possible. For as long as a request is sitting in the active column on your customer portal, you can expect deliverables within 48 hours. If a request requires more time due to its complexity, I’ll communicate a specific timeline upfront so there are no surprises.
Once you become a customer, you’ll get access to your personalized customer portal, which includes detailed instructions on how to use it. The portal is organized into three columns:
- Request Backlog: Create a new request by filling in all the relevant details. Once the request is complete, move it to the Active Request column.
- Active Request: Depending on your plan, you’ll typically have one active request at a time. As soon as I see the request marked as active, I’ll start working on it within 24 hours. You can expect deliverables within 48 hours.
- Feedback & Revisions: Once you receive the deliverables, you can provide feedback and request revisions until you’re completely satisfied. After that, the request is moved to the Done column, and we repeat the process for the next task.
