Often, early-stage SaaS founders are highly ambitious but also very aware that their product/services may change in the near future, which can extend the time needed to refine the narrative and establish the brand’s visual direction. Given the many other responsibilities SaaS founders manage, this process often takes longer than expected. To address this, I now recommend a phased approach.

This method reduces the number of concurrent tasks and ensures we deliver tangible results quickly, helping you build a solid foundation and expand effectively as your business grows. Here’s how to do it right:

SaaS startups are often overwhelmed by the variety of tasks required to launch their website on top of product development, investor meetings, and team management. Within 2-4 weeks, we’re usually able to produce a clean, professional homepage, and the essential utility pages (privacy, terms of service, and 404 pages).
