Project Overview

Security Runners, a SaaS platform that helps enterprise organizations run cybersecurity exercises using chaos engineering, approached us to refine their brand and design their website and platform interface. The project’s goals were to build a brand identity that resonated with cybersecurity professionals, develop a visually compelling website with a dark theme, and create a scalable user interface for their application. Additionally, we delivered marketing collateral and provided in-house training in design tools like Figma and Webflow.

Our Approach

  1. Initial Discovery Phase: Conducted extensive research on the target audience (security engineers) to understand their design preferences and technical requirements, focusing on the dark theme aesthetic.
  2. Brand Identity Development: Refined the logo, created consistent social media covers, and designed business cards, ensuring that all brand elements maintained the technical, dark-theme look. Delivered a cohesive Lean Brand Kit for both digital and physical use.
  3. Website Development: Built a website with a sleek, functional dark-mode interface, incorporating a blog with a custom CMS, server-based analytics to respect user privacy, and essential legal pages like Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  4. UX/UI Design: Designed the SaaS application’s interface with a focus on usability and scalability. Developed a modular design system to ensure consistency as the platform evolved.
  5. Marketing Strategy: Delivered a marketing funnel and value ladder tailored to cybersecurity professionals, helping Security Runners nurture leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  6. Training & Handoff: Conducted Figma and Webflow training for the in-house development team, ensuring they could maintain and expand the platform independently.
