Case Study: Ecoplex Energy Solutions

The forms weren't the problem. The data reaching sales was.

Ecoplex asked for cleaner forms. We found nineteen different forms feeding twenty-eight automations. The result: lead records sales could not trust.

bad-data sales calls after the rebuild

19 → 3

Webflow forms

One consistent field structure instead of nineteen competing ones.

Zapier automations

Consolidated logic that can be monitored and trusted.

10% → 0%

Bad-data sales calls

Sales stopped calling leads with missing or wrong information.

The hidden problem

Every form was its own system

Each campaign had added a form. Each form had added an automation. Field names drifted apart. Forms disagreed on required fields. No single record showed the whole lead. By the time a lead reached a salesperson, roughly one in ten calls was based on information that was incomplete or simply wrong.

Sales had learned to distrust marketing leads. That is the most expensive outcome a marketing system can produce.

Before: nineteen capture points, twenty-eight automations, no single source of truth.

The rebuild

Three forms, three automations, one record

We mapped every field in use, agreed a single required set with sales, and rebuilt capture around three purposeful forms. Lead routing moved into three automations, each with a clear owner and an alert when something breaks.

The result is a system a marketing team can maintain without a developer and a sales team can rely on without checking.

After: one consistent lead record, monitored end to end.
