Case Study: Mission Cloud

They asked for a better deck. The problem was that nobody could reuse what worked.

Top performers had strong narratives. None of it was written down, distributed, or coachable, so every rep rebuilt the pitch from scratch.

The diagnosis

A deck request is usually a distribution problem

We sat in on calls from the whole team and wrote down what the best reps actually said: how they framed the pitch, handled objections, and ordered their proof. The gap was not design quality. It was that this knowledge had nowhere to live and no one whose job was to spread it.

The system

Roles, rhythm, and a library that stays current

Three Sales Lead roles were created with explicit ownership of coaching and content. A recurring coaching rhythm gave the team a standing place to review calls and update material. We built the slide library in small blocks, so a rep can pull together the right story in minutes instead of editing one giant deck.

Because the roles and the rhythm came with the library, the content kept improving after the engagement ended.
