New positioning
SDRs reframed as advisors, changing both the pitch and the conversation.
Case Study: Mission Cloud
The team was working hard across email, phone, and LinkedIn, but nothing connected the channels, so effort could not be measured, coached, or repeated.

more outbound leads from one connected sequence
SDRs reframed as advisors, changing both the pitch and the conversation.
Email, phone, and LinkedIn sequenced into one deliberate pattern.
From the same team, with activity now measurable.
The diagnosis
Each rep had their own approach, cadence, and tooling habits. Results were all over the place. Touches were not sequenced or logged, so no one could tell whether a poor week was a targeting problem, a messaging problem, or a volume problem.
Renaming the role to Cloud Advisor changed the outreach itself. The first message offered a useful point of view instead of asking for a meeting.

The system
The seven touches were designed as a single narrative across email, phone, and LinkedIn, with each step logged against the prospect record. That made the funnel legible: reply rates by step, channel contribution, and where prospects consistently dropped out.
With one pattern in place, coaching got specific. Improvements built on each other instead of resetting with every new hire.
