We rebuild the forms and the steps between a visit and a lead. Fewer broken handoffs means fewer leads lost on the way in.
Ecoplex: 19 forms to 3 →We build the emails your system sends, from welcome messages to follow-ups, so they match the rest of the customer experience. They live in the tools you already use, so your team can update them without waiting on anyone.
We wire your forms and pages to the CRM so every visit that turns into a lead arrives with its source, its history, and the right owner. Nothing gets lost between the website and sales.
Ecoplex: bad-data sales calls from 10% to zero →We test page changes against real traffic and keep the versions that produce customers, not just form submissions. The BioID Health case study shows what that looks like in practice.
Process
Trace where visitors and leads drop off, from the first page view to the CRM record.
Follow one lead end to end, form to CRM, and make every step and field visible.
Change one thing at a time and run it against real traffic.
Judge each test on the customers it produces, then document the winner for your team.
Proof
Most CRO work counts form fills. We count customers. After BioID Health rebuilt its landing page, submissions fell 9% and paying patients held at 28, while the share of contacts who became customers rose from 22.2% to 26.9%.

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is the practice of improving the pages, forms and steps between a visit and a sale so more of the right people take action. Done well, it is measured on customers and revenue, not just on clicks or form submissions.
For B2B lead generation, 2 to 5% of visitors converting is a common benchmark, but it varies with price, traffic source and offer. A higher form-fill rate isn't always better: BioID Health saw 9% fewer submissions after a rebuild and kept the same number of paying patients.
Start by tracing where visitors drop off, then fix the biggest leak first: an unclear offer, a long form, slow follow-up or broken tracking. Test one change at a time against real traffic, and keep the version that produces more customers rather than more leads.
Divide the number of conversions by the number of visitors or sessions, then multiply by 100. For lead generation, track a second rate as well: the share of leads that become customers. That second number shows whether a page is attracting the right people.
A lead capture form collects a visitor's details in exchange for something useful, such as a call, a guide or a quote. The best ones ask only for what sales needs, pass the lead's source into the CRM, and trigger a follow-up within minutes.
Progressive profiling shows returning visitors different form questions each time, so you build a fuller record without asking for everything at once. In HubSpot it is a built-in form feature that swaps known fields for new ones, keeping forms short and completion rates higher.
A CRO consultant studies how visitors move through a site, finds where they drop off, and tests changes to forms, pages and follow-up. When the work is tied to the CRM, every test can be judged on customers and pipeline rather than on form fills alone.
