What we measure

Tracking setup

We set up the events and conversions that matter, so you can see which campaigns produce customers instead of guessing. Every event is documented, so the next person can trust what a number means.

CRM reporting

Reports built on clean CRM data, showing your pipeline the way your team actually works it. When leadership asks what marketing produced, the answer comes from one report instead of three tools.

Pipeline visibility

You see every stage from first visit to closed deal in one place, so nobody has to reconcile numbers between tools.

Data cleanup

We find and fix the bad data that makes reports lie: duplicates, missing fields, and broken sources. Clean data is what makes every other report worth reading.

Board-ready

Reporting that survives a board question

A new marketing leader hears the same question within weeks: what is marketing producing? If the answer means pulling numbers from the CRM, the ad accounts and a spreadsheet, and the three disagree, the meeting goes badly.

We replace the three tools with one report. HubSpot dashboards show leads by source, pipeline created and revenue influenced. Pipeline reporting follows each deal back to the campaign that started it, and attribution sits on clean data, so the model is only as complicated as your sales cycle needs. You walk into your first board meeting with numbers you can stand behind.

How do you measure marketing ROI?

Subtract what you spent on marketing from the revenue it produced, then divide by the spend. The hard part is the revenue side: it needs clean source data in the CRM, so closed deals can be traced back to the campaigns that started them.

What is a good marketing ROI?

A 5:1 return, five dollars of revenue for every dollar spent, is a commonly quoted benchmark, with 10:1 seen as strong. It varies with sales cycle and deal size, and in B2B the number is only as reliable as the attribution behind it.

What is pipeline reporting?

Pipeline reporting shows the deals at each stage of your sales process, their value, and how they move over time. Paired with marketing source data, it answers the question leadership asks most: how much pipeline did marketing create, and what is likely to close?

Is a pipeline the same as a funnel?

Not quite. A funnel describes the buyer's path from first visit to customer, usually from marketing's side. A pipeline tracks active deals through sales stages. Good reporting connects the two, so you can see where leads drop out before they ever become deals.

What are the main types of marketing attribution?

The common models are first-touch, last-touch, linear and time-decay, with position-based (U-shaped) often added. Each one gives credit to different touchpoints along the way. For most B2B teams, the bigger win is clean data feeding any model, rather than picking the perfect one.

Does Google Analytics track UTMs automatically?

Google Analytics reads UTM parameters automatically when they're in the link and reports them as source, medium and campaign. To see UTMs against leads and deals, your forms also need to capture them in hidden fields and pass them into the CRM.

What should a marketing dashboard include?

Start with a small set of numbers leadership acts on: leads by source, lead-to-customer rate, pipeline created, revenue influenced and cost per customer. Each figure should come from clean CRM data with a clear definition, so nobody argues about what it means.

How we work together
