Services

What we connect

CRM cleanup

We clean up duplicate records, dead fields, and stale pipelines so your CRM shows what is actually happening. HubSpot is where we do most of this work. Your team stops working around the CRM and starts working in it.

Ecoplex: one lead record sales can trust →

Marketing automation

We build the automations that move leads along without manual work, and we document them so your team can change them later.

Mission Cloud Advisors: about 30% more outbound leads →

Lead routing

Every lead lands with the right owner, with the context sales needs to act on it. Nothing sits in a queue nobody watches, and nothing depends on someone remembering to forward an email.

Tool integration

We connect the tools you already pay for, through Zapier or native integrations, so your data stops living in silos.

Ecoplex: 28 Zapier automations to 3 →

Sales handoff

We define the moment marketing hands a lead to sales, so nothing goes quiet between the two teams. Both teams see the same record, so the conversation picks up where marketing left off.

What does a marketing automation consultant do?

A marketing automation consultant designs, builds and fixes the workflows that move leads from first contact to sale: routing, follow-up, nurture and the handoff to sales. The job is part technical setup and part process design, and good consultants document everything so your team can run it.

What is CRM integration?

CRM integration connects your CRM to the other tools you use, such as website forms, email platforms, ad accounts or sales software, so data moves between them automatically. A lead's source, activity and owner then sit on one record instead of in several disconnected systems.

How can I effectively clean up my CRM data?

Start with an audit: count duplicates, empty or unused properties, and stale deals. Merge or delete duplicates, archive fields nobody uses, standardize key values such as lifecycle stage and lead source, then add validation rules and owners so the mess doesn't come back.

What is lead routing?

Lead routing is the set of rules that decides which salesperson or team gets each new lead, based on territory, company size or product interest. Good routing assigns leads within minutes, has a fallback for when someone is away, and passes on the context sales needs to follow up.

Can Zapier integrate with HubSpot?

Yes. Zapier connects HubSpot to thousands of other apps and fills gaps that native integrations don't cover. The risk is sprawl: dozens of Zaps built by different people break quietly. Ecoplex had 28 Zapier automations, and consolidating them to three made the data reliable again.

Why does sales and marketing alignment matter?

When sales and marketing share one definition of a qualified lead, one CRM record and one set of numbers, leads get followed up faster and fewer go cold. Without it, marketing reports leads that sales never sees, and nobody trusts the pipeline.

What is the difference between an MQL and an SQL?

A marketing qualified lead (MQL) has shown enough interest or fit for marketing to pass it on. A sales qualified lead (SQL) has been checked by sales and is worth active pursuit. Agreeing the criteria for each, in writing and in the CRM, is the heart of a clean handoff.

How we work together
